Pretty Pretty Princes Sketch

So, like the beach picture before, I wanted to draw something that I usually dont draw. I thiought for a while, than I saw an ad for a disney movie. Than I thought, what are Disney movies notorious for? Princesses!!! So I drew a princes picture. To make it more interesting I added in an Elkifant, part elk part elephant. Half way thgough I got a little bored with this happy dappy picture, so I sketched an ominus dinosaur footprint in the snow. I have not decided if that will go into the final.

So, a while back, a friend and I came up with a ULTRA SPEED DEATH BLACK METAL POWER BAND called TUSKS. The idea was started when she asked me to photoshop tusks onto her, and it later evolved into the most metal thing in the world. Here is a sketch of the album cover. It goes strait to the point, which is.......TUSKS. I cant wait to start working on it.

Here is the color study for the Healer. You can see where i started on the final colors. For start, i think it is going pretty well.

So, i decided to take a break from the warlord trio and started on the colors for my happy beach picture. It was a hard adjustment to go from dark and broody to "happy happy lets go fly a kite."
I have decided to give this picture a rest for a day or so and return to it with some fresh eyes. My priority from there is to work on the object in the background because i feel that they might be competing with the figures in the foreground a little too much.
